I have been there and back once…214 lbs., kidney cancer and a broken ankle..when the ankle healed I still could not walk. and when i could walk i could not walk a straight line…2 years later I could run, a little…lots of yoga and pilates.and a weight loss of 40+ lbs……now i am In the middle of chemo for breast cancer and can’t do shit!!! well I can walk about a block……I neededthis inspiration..I did it once and I will do it again.

That’s the picture I needed. I’m still over 340 lbs at 62 next month but as a disabled vet, I too know over the next year I can do 140 lbs but it starts today, not tomorrow.
